Head for the Hedge End Superstores, then follow the brown signs for the Rose Bowl.  There will be orienteering signs for the Car Park as you enter the Rose Bowl complex.

All those who have offered to help will receive a note of plans on Friday.  If you are coming to run and relax in the sunshine, please offer to help where needed after your run.

Can access the event by bus nos 4, 7A, 21, U6 with no 5 passing close by.

Free parking at the Sports Centre Car Park off Hill Lane.
