Start/Finish: 100m North of the main park entrance gate on the opposite side of the road to the car park and visitor centre. Permanent orienteering course leaflets are for sale in the visitor centre.

Map Scale: 1:5,000

Course 1: Easy (Yellow) - 2.1km, 25-30 minutes

Course 2: Improver (Orange) - 2.2km, 35-40 minutes

Course 3: Medium (Light Green) - 3.8km, 45-50 minutes
