Would you like to take part in a coaching course aimed at orienteers who are roughly at TD4/5 (light green/green) level?

2. Sunday 21 July 10.30 Salisbury Trench, New Forest

3. Saturday 27 July  10.30 Hampton Ridge, New Forest 

4.Saturday 17 August 10.30 Hampton Ridge, New Forest

Please let me know if you are interested in participating in this series of coaching activities. Ideally you would be able to attend all sessions but if not, hopefully you will be able to attend 2 or 3 of the sessions. By attending you will also be helping me achieve my Level 2 Coaching Award. You can mail me on clerks [at] tiscali.co.uk (clerks[at]tiscali[dot]co[dot]uk) for further information or to sign up. Please do sign up in advance so that I can be sure of numbers and maps required. There is an upper limit of 8 participants due to us using the forest in the summer months.

Event Officials

A big "Thank You" to the stalwart members who have stepped in to organise and plan our upcoming events.

We still have a vacancy for an organiser for the Level D Dibden event on Saturday 7th September. We would welcome offers to take on this role and support will be provided where required. (You will also earn a free run at a future SOC Level D event!)

Westwood Summer Series results

The 3rd event in the joint Summer Series with our adjoining clubs took place on Saturday 25th May. Considering it is the Bank Holiday weekend we had a great attendance with over 50 runs and well over 60 adults and juniors taking part. See the results area of the website. Also thanks to all the SOC volunteers.
