Anyone interested in getting together for a social and beer at the South Western, St Denys this thursday.

Meet at 20:00

Thursday Evening informal meeting at the South Western PH , St Denys.

For anyone interested we will again have an informal get together at the South Western PH St Denys.

Meet at 20:00 for a Beer and Chat.

If anyone is interested in a Run beforehand we could meet at 18:50 to run at 19:00.  Run over the river for a Fartlek session.
