Calling all JK 2019 Volunteers

Hello to everyone who kindly gave up their time to help at the JK - all events.  I hope you all enjoyed it (especially if it was your first time) and managed to fit in a run. I have had thanks from Neville Baker who was the organiser for Day 4:

Sprint training cancelled

As I said earlier in the week the sprint training would take place if there was enough interest shown ie at least 6 people. As only 2 have shown interest I will not be running the training session.
