This week the early session ,( Meet at 18:30 by the Soccer Pitches at the back of the Leisure centre.),will concentrate on a short Fartlek session of. A warm up followed by some steady running interspersed with some short efforts to get the blood pumping.
Then inside to the usual room by the Bar for a look at any recent Maps/events people bring along including the Nov Classic.
Also a wash up discussion on the Nov Classic, (all helpers welcome to contribute).
Club nights are for everyone, if you cannot make the early physical session just come along to the second part 19:30 t0 20:30.
