As stated in the latest SOCK magazine, the format of club nights is changing.
Starting on the 16th September 2010 we will be having club nights, alternating weekly between Fleming Park and The Gregg School. On the 16th the first night is at Fleming Park and the activities starting at 6.30pm will include a warm up run, a star exercise and having a look at the courses on the SOC event on Acres Down. Also a drink in the bar. Note It is not compulsory to take part in all the activities! Cost £1 adults 50p juniors.
