If you are still planning to go to the JK this year and would also like to run in a Relay Team let me know by Thursday 12th Feb Latest.
This year the JK is in the Lake District. April 3rd -6th.
The JK Relays cut off date is Sunday 15th of February.
The British Long Distance Champs & Relays are in the Forest of Dean on the 18th/19th of April.
The First cut off date is the 8th of March.
Relays cut off is the 15th of March so if you would like to run at the British Relays for SOC I need to know by the 8th of March.
