First Aid Course 7th November & 19th December

If anyone needs to complete a 14 hour first aid course, Keith Marsden (keith [at] familymarsden.org (keith[at]familymarsden[dot]org)) has advised that there are 3 places free on the course he is organising. It will take place in Marlow near Reading over 2 days on 7th November and 19th December. The instructor is very good (London Paramedic) and the practical sessions are outdoors which are fun!

Whilst a one day course is sufficient for most orienteering requirements, the longer course is required to coach in Type D orienteering areas (remote and exposed areas). One never knows when first aid training might come in very useful one day.

If you are interested, please email Keith directly.
