The list of MapRun venues continues to grow with the addition of the three permanent courses at Itchen Valley Country Park. A reminder that the MapRunF app is free, as is the download of maps from British Orienteering. The park is very much open for business: check out their website for details of parking, toilets, and takeaway food and drinks from the café.
