An Extraordinary General Meeting of the South Central Orienteering Association has been called to be held at 7.30pm on Thursday 4th December 2014 at the Society of Friends Meeting House in Newbury. The EGM is to consider the proposed changes to the SCOA levy from 2015.

The proposal being put to the meeting is to increase the SCOA levy charged to events in the Region from 18p to 45p per competitor, but only for A, B and C events, as opposed the all events which is the current policy. The aim is to reduce the administrative burden on organisers and to minimise the cost of entering local events.
