Wet, muddy and smiling - that was the description of almost everyone today as they finished their run at Telegraph Woods. This fine little area gives the planner great scope to produce enjoyable courses for all levels of orienteer. Simon Bevan took full advantage of that and, despite the weather, we all had a good run out.
Many were heard to say that this was the best event of the Summer Series so far although that did in itself generate some healthy debate! What do you think? If you enjoyed the event why not jot a few thoughts down in an email and send them to sockeditor [at] gmail.com (sockeditor[at]gmail[dot]com) for inclusion in the next (but one) edition of the club magazine?
LOST PROPERTY - 1 pair of very wet O shoes - contact sbevan550 (at) gmail.com to arrange return.
Looking forward to the next event? Join us next Saturday, 14th July, for the penultimate event in the series at Stoke Park Woods.
