Another SOC Coaching activity suitable for all wanting to progress from Yellow upwards.

If you have been to any of our recent Coaching activities you know the benefits you can get from these sessions.

If you have not joined us before why not give it a go!

SOC training  Saturday will be held at Anderwood. Please meet at Anderwood car park (GR 248058) at 10am. We will walk as a group 750m to the start point so please bring a bag to carry any warm layers and water. If you miss us leaving the car park then below is a piece of map that shows where to meet us. If you are a non SOC member and would like to come then you are very welcome but please send an email to tamsin_moran [at] btinterent.com (tamsin_moran[at]btinterent[dot]com) so we know roughly how many people to expect. Training is aimed at orange standard and above. Exercises available will be a slopes course, compass course, longer/short legs course, orange course and a peg relay. Once everyone has had the chance to try some of the exercises we will reconvene for the start of the peg relay at around 11.30. This is a one man relay (where different abilities run different lengths) and will be excellent practise for the JK relay. We should be finished by 12.30. Any offers to help coach/shadow for the first exercises will be very much appreciated.
