Entry to the SCOA Championships

A reminder about the closing date for entries to the SCOA Champs.  

This year's SCOA Championships are being held at TVOC's Chiltern Challenge on Sunday 10th December in Bradenham Woods, near High Wycombe.  Details here.  TVOC will be keeping entries open for the Chiltern Challenge right through to the morning of the event (map numbers permitting).  However, SCOA members who wish to compete in the SCOA Champs MUST enter by Sunday 3rd December to be eligible.  Before entering, please read this page to ensure you have entered an appropriate course to be eligible.

Tick-Borne Disease Study

Club members are invited to participate in a UK Health Security Agency study looking at whether tick-borne diseases are more prevalent in those who enjoy recreational activities in areas like the New Forest where ticks are widespread. See the attached poster for more details along with a leaflet containing details on how to deal with ticks and spot the symptoms of Lyme Disease and Tick-Borne Encephalitis.
