SCOA Championships - OK Nuts 22nd November

Profile picture for user Ian Moran
By Ian Moran , 26 October, 2020

SLOW have agreed that the OK Nuts event at Winterfold on the 22nd November can be used for the SCOA Championships, Covid-19 permitting. SLOW are putting a full range of colour courses from Black to White. See this link: https://slow.org.uk/events/winterfold

In order to be eligible for the championships, you need to enter the appropriate colour class for their age. The entry criteria can be found at https://www.scoa-orienteering.org.uk/content/scoa-championships-requirements. Some of the requirements mentioned in the web-page have been relaxed, but the age group to colour course mapping remains.

There will not be a prize giving at the event and results will be posted after the event and medals will distributed at a later date.

Profile picture for user Terry Sankey
By Terry Sankey , 18 October, 2020

We will be putting on a Level D event at Bramshaw in The New Forest on 6th December in a similar format to the recent events at Matley Heath and Hincheslea - 2 courses limited to 30 runners.

An Organiser and a Planner are required to enable the event to go ahead. Offers to undertake either of these roles will be gratefully received. Assistance/advice can be provided where required.
