The Itchen Valley Parkrun has been cancelled as part of the course in the woods is blocked off!
Watch out for a new date for out 'O' Top Run.
This Saturday we plan to run the Itchen Valley Park Run in Our 'O' Tops to help promote the Club and Orienteering.
We would like as many SOC members as possible to come along and run so if you can make it please support this activity!
Some time in the New Year we plan to offer to help with the Park Run and also promote the Permanent Course with an activity after the Park Run.
