The weather is set to be wet and very windy. Please ensure you bring suitable clothing for during and after the event (including a waterproof as these may become compulsory). The wind is forecast to increase as the day goes on so please consider running earlier if possible. Due to the high winds there is a small chance we will have to cancel the event. Please keep an eye on the club website for updates.
Please note we have had a lot of rain recently which has led to large areas of standing water and has caused some depressions to fill with water. These are not mapped. Please exercise caution when running and navigating around these areas. Due to this water please also be mindful when crossing marshy areas.

Orienteering for ducks
Excellent wading conditions - pity I couldn't see the first blue course control on the hill at the first or second attempt! Tim Houlder WSX took an excellent photo of control 5 on the blue, control 3 on the green, but I can't get it to load here!
