Orienteering is a sport that combines outdoor adventure with map reading and navigational skills. Competitors navigate through countryside, parks or streets with the aid of a compass and specially produced map. The successful orienteer balances speed and navigation to locate checkpoints accurately and quickly.
We organise regular orienteering events throughout the year and offer training and coaching for all levels from families and beginners through to experienced runners covering all ages and levels of fitness. Whether you want to compete with the best or just challenge yourself, we will do our best to help you achieve your aims.
