Two consecutive Thursdays of training. Whether you are planning to go to the British Sprint Championships at Bath University on September 1st or not, this is an opportunity for some urban training (sprint or otherwise - you choose!), and socialising in a pub (Platform Tavern) with good beer and food! Start anytime between 6pm and 8pm. There are 6 loops and a warm-up loop that will take you to some familiar places and some places previously not used in the Southampton City races. Each loop will be between 1km and 1.3km long. Do as many or as few loops on the 2 evenings. Park in the Gloucester Square Car Park (off the High Street) or on Town Quay.
