The Long Distance took place at Santa Rita on Friday with more excellent results from the English and Scottish competitors.

SCOA's two athletes representing England at the World Schools O Champs in Portugal have put in some stunning performances over the last few days.

Dane Blomquist was first in his Middle Distance race on Wednesday, and a very creditable 13th yesterday in the Long Distance race.

The Middle Distance took place at Vila Real St António on Wednesday with some excellent results from the English and Scottish competitors.

Eleigibility for SCOA Championships is restricted to indovidual who are members of British Orienteering and who have SCOA as their nominated Association (as shown on their BOF membership card). 

Competitors from around the world arrived yesterday at Monte Gordo, on the Algarve coast of Portugal, for this year's World Schools Orienteering Championships.

The British Orienteering National Office is currently experiencing some technical difficulties.

The closing date for the 2013 British Orienteering Championships is 20th April 2013

Many congratulations to the following athletes who will be considered for selection for WOC during the final selection process.

The 2013 SCOA Middle Distance Championships were held at SN's event at Oxshott Common on Sunday 7th April.  It was a beautiful sunny spring day, a welcome relief after recent unseasonally cold weather.

The Relay day of the JK returned to Hambleden for a morning of very competitive racing. Interlopers took the win on the Men’s JK Trophy and South Yorkshire were first on the Women’s.

As part of the work of the Volunteer Needs Work Group, the group would like to seek the opinions of young people on volunteering in orienteering. David Maliphant, Director and member of the group, has developed a questionnaire for young people
