Tessa Strain top Brit in World Games Middle Race

It was another exciting day of action at the World Games with the Middle Distance Race. Tessa Strain was top Brit finishing in 13th place. Tessa finished the race in the lead with a fantastic 4min advantage over the nearest runner. Tessa was very excited with her run which is great to see!

A Tough Day for Team GB in the JWOC Relay

The last race of JWOC 2017 was the relay. This combined the physical and technical terrain, seen in the previous forest races, with fast running and closely gaffled controls. As is the nature of international relays, it is very hard to stay in contact with the front of the race and not make errors.
